Rail insulator, also called railroad insulator, rail insulation, rail nylon insulator, is installed between steel rail and tie plate, for adjusting rail gauge and electrically insulating railroad rails, rail clips and rail bolts from the interior of a concrete sleeper. Its function is the same as a rail pad, but it is thicker than rail pad. For the high speed or high load train, it is a necessary rail fastener.
Product Features
· High-Quality Materials: We use premium nylon materials for our Rail Nylon Insulators to ensure they provide exceptional strength and durability. These materials can withstand the harsh conditions of railway environments, ensuring a longer service life and reducing maintenance costs.
· Precision Engineering: Our manufacturing process incorporates advanced precision engineering techniques to ensure that each Rail Nylon Insulator meets stringent quality standards. This results in consistent dimensions and perfect fit, which is crucial for the stability and safety of the rail tracks. The precise design also facilitates easier installation and replacement, saving you both time and labor costs.
· Corrosion Resistance: The nylon materials we use offer good corrosion resistance, making our Rail Nylon Insulators suitable for various weather conditions and environments. Additionally, we offer optional coatings or treatments to further enhance the anti-corrosion capabilities of the insulators, providing an extra layer of protection against rust and other forms of degradation.
