Product Overview
Train brake disc is one of the key components for the safe operation of railway vehicles. It is located between the wheel and the axle and plays a vital role in braking. In modern rail transport, brake discs are often made of high-performance materials such as cast iron, forged steel or composite materials to ensure excellent wear resistance and thermal stability.

Product Description
When the train is running and braking, the brake part that directly rubs the wheel to stop the train is the brake shoe; the tile shaped brake block made of cast iron or other materials holds the wheel tread tightly and makes the wheel stop rotating through friction.
Railway composite brake pads manufactured to meet world standards such as UIC, AAR and GB ect. Railway brake pad are used all types of vehicles, such as locomotive, wagon, passenger car, metro and tram applications ect.
These brake pads have a very stable friction coefficient over wide range of speeds and also in wet conditions. Further it has excellent wear characteristics with smooth judder free silent braking.
