Locomotive Spare Parts 4 Channels Speed Sensor
Product overview
The train speed sensor makes full use of the modulation principle of the magnetic field, and it is only suitable for ferromagnetic measuring wheels with a modulus of 3.5. Based on the diameter and teeth of the measuring wheel, we can roughly determine that the speed sensor has a resolution ranging from 60 pulses to 300 pulses, and they can meet the needs of these motors. This type of speed sensor usually has 2 Hall sensors installed. Permanent magnet and signal processing circuit. And every time the speed sensor scans the rotating gear, the magnetic field of the permanent magnet changes accordingly. Usually, the change of the magnetic field is recorded by the Hall sensor, which is converted into a square wave in the circuit comparison part, and thus is gradually amplified in the driving part.
